What is the minimum Tango upgrades to get silver in Island and finish that ghost mission?
My Tango is 8,9,8,8

mine is 7,7,6,6 and i have a few silvers over there. i havent given it much a chance though.

8,9,8,8 should be enough to do all those to Gold, with practice. If you want to do an upgrade, focus on ones that give you more Grip or accel; those tracks have lots of steep slopes, and short runways that lead to jumps. Play ghosts who are .5 to 1 second ahead of you to see how they do it; watch them closely to see how/when they lean, etc.

And I am about 90% sure behind those Silver quests are Gold quests....
