Purifier is the quest reward for the Ghost missions on the island. I have had pumpkin missions there too.
Cool, I just hadn't seen it before and was happy for a different level to smash pumpkins on. I did also just get a 100 pumpkin reward on a tier 3 course on Android! I used gems to win it since it was just enough to give me Doom Drop.
Got Doom Drop as well... just under 27 hours for 2750 pumpkins total. Really not looking forward to 2 more quests with even higher numbers....
I'm on android and I get about every 5th track that 100 pumpkins pack. I just don't feel like spending gems on them.
Btw, what tier track is that Doom Drop? mind share a starting line picture to me?
Im just started with the 1600 pumpkins mission.. so it'll be a while untill i get there.
Doom Drop is a tier 1 track. The name comes from what happens at the very end of the level. This is a much better level than the first Halloween level. Speaking of which, I thought I got points on the leader board for the first Halloween level but I don't seem to have gotten any for Doom Drop. Do these Halloween levels contribute to your leader board score or not?
I like the tips on this thread. I suggest that we add a list of the number of pumpkins needed to be smashed for each portion of the quests.
At the moment I am working on 2/4, which required 850 for part one, and 1600 for part two. I can't remember how many were needed in 1/4.
I got sucked in when I was close to the end and used 10 to land on the 100.Originally Posted by sriskus Go to original post
Next go around, no more gems. I finished the 2nd round with ~36 hours to spare.
1st round I think it was 1250 for the final challenge. 2nd round was 1600. Maybe 2000-2200 for the 3rd round.....?Originally Posted by xitooner Go to original post
A trick I use is to go to the saloon then back to the map. The greatest chances are that a place will be filled with pumpkins when you go back to it. Also, some places will need backing up or going back to checkpoints to hit all of the pumpkins (i.e. Hinged Pathway), so that should not be forgotten.
