While I love the coop aspect of Shareplay pretty much any game with leaderboard integrity will be affected by people getting better players to post scores for them. I know the trophy community will probably make a market out of it.Originally Posted by JolanXBL Go to original post
Why would someone who is ranked high up, log on to someone's profile to bump their rank? This seems ultra pointless. I don't doubt that may happen. In the end, does it even matter?
We're talking about a rank in a game where so few care about rank or even has the sufficient amount of hours to be that good. So, it's not as if you're actually competing against 1 million players, but maybe a few hundred. How many people actually have a ton of time in Trials?
Plus, since the leaderboards aren't unified, rank isn't very true...at least on the PSN. I'm ranked 50th without putting much effort in. I'm probably 400th in reality. Then figure how many have as much time played as I do....maybe 2000 people? Is this really a big feat? haah
