I noticed last update (I think it was 3.5) added notifications for Track releases from friend list builders, however I still do not see all the people on my Friend List in the TC Feed for it.

So I get notifications for tracks, which is great, but some of the Friends List people aren't listed at all in the Friend Feed, it's a bit weird, and I think it's been an issue for long time now even before the notifications.

Yes, that's right. I had the problem as well.
The notification is fixed, so now we see them.
The problem with the friends feed is old and "inconsistant" (it happens with some players and not others for random reasons).

We'll fix it because it's quite bad (but we are working on other things at the moment with higher priorities).

But it's not forgotten.
