They actually said that). I need to SEE this stuff in action Ubi. I'm telling you I don't CARE about the editor. I already know it'll blow me away because it always has. But the editor is no good if we don't have a proper system for finding and hosting maps! Show us what we're looking for. Show us how we can host a playlist of maps designed for TDM, CTF, Predator and your new asymmetrical mode! It's totally amazing that we can make SP maps so it'll be even MORE amazing when you show us the ways we can host maps we can play together! Because we can totally still do that! Oh wait... this is Ubisoft... they probably cut that feature too
I dunno.. This is looking pretty promising:

The article only mentions 4 single player mission style modes in the editor. do we take this as the end of building multiplayer maps ?

Far Cry 4 puts player-created maps and content right where you can find them: just one click away from the main menu.
There is no wall between what you create and what I can play, and vice versa.
This was Mathe’s mission. He feels that they created good tools for Far Cry 3, but made it incredibly difficult for most players to ever find what other people were creating.
    This time it’ll be different.

“We did our best but it was such a big game” he explains ruefully. “I am not ashamed to admit, it was difficult to find maps. If you wanted to play user-created content, you almost needed a PhD in engineering or software design, or maybe even anthropology! I dunno what you’d need, but you’d need something. It was really hidden. And that is the opposite of the approach we’re taking today"

The map editor is not at all intimidating. Ever used Photoshop?
Congratulations, you’ve basically mastered a trickier version of the Far Cry 4 map editor interface.

I like it when someone admits that there were issues, hopefully they will have looked at the MP in the same way and will give us fixes to the previous problems.

The problem was never about finding maps, it was about playing matches on them.

Well say that you have made 20 maps, before the update you could not see other maps by that author so glad they included that option but it was also badly flawed.
If I wanted to download all 20 maps by you it only let us DL one at a time, then kicked you back out so you had to then search maps by same author again and repeat the process.

Maybe it was just me but I had to ask Razor many times how to navigate around - to actually play a map was a nightmare I agree, but also it was easy to mess up and delete a map I know lots that did that.

It might not have been a problem to you ALS but it was to a lot of others - even having to go Multiplayer first to find the map editor baffled some.
The whole process was a nightmare for the percentage of people as was the MP with not been able to swap sides on the team and been kicked after one match and having to re invite people (which it was like at first)

Reference your assumption - Is it the end of PVP Maps in MP on Far Cry 4 I don't think it is but let's wait and see when they decide to release the info.I am often wrong.
