Problemas with de la tracks /help!

I have few problems with some maps and I need some help/quide.
(if you dont remember what map im talking about, check here for starting line picture.

    The Quagmire
"the pole" - How to swing correctly under it to make to other side? the better ghosts are so good that I cant keep up long enough the pole comes visible.

Got through with few different ways, but always about 10 retries.
Usually I try to wheelie from ledge and keep leaning back. Front wheel "grabs" the pole and immediately lean forward. and then hope to land with front wheel and not the face.
Once I managed to make backflip without touching the pole, and made to other side.

If I can get this working I might manage to get this map under 5 faults

    Arch Ruins
How to make more than every 20th try "succesfully" to lower route? and then how to make it without losing speed...?

    Balance Avenue
"the stairs" - The 2 steps where my ride always stops with 0 faults. If I manage to climb the 1st correctly my front wheel doesn't somehow grip the blank and when i accelerate I it just flips over my bike.

Quagmire - don't flip under... Start back at checkpoint leaned forward full-speed ....flip over in air..... Hit the TOP of the bar and bounce/back wheel-flip onto land. I ahave even skipped the pole entirely before. Once you get this down you won't even pause.

Arch ruins - easiest way I have found is to go up the initial ramp medium-speed and then back-wheel hit on the stone just below circular ramp. Just as you hit, lean forward so your back wheel pushes you forward towards other ramp. Once you do it once or twice you'll see; gotta be angled just right. None of this flipping-stuff.

Balance avenue - lotsa practice. Never was good at that one.

Nice tip for the Quagmire. Tested it, I found myself sitting on the pole quite many times...

But got over 2 times in 100 tries. Front lead should be released before your front tire leaves the hill at checkoint so you got enough high in the air.
I bet my Berserker isn't upgraded enough to make it more often 4/5/5/4.

Quagmire is hard. I use the same method as Xitooner, but from takeoff I do a frontflip to fender grab (bit in between back tyre and back mud guard thing), then just carry on leaning forward. You do another frontflip and land on your back. However, you usually don't crash so you can accelerate and then brake while leaning forward to right yourself.

I got that grip once, but my jump wasn't long enough so it didn't flipped over, just stayed upside down.

I'll need to upgrade some more.

My Beserker is currently 3/4/5/3 and is fine for the jump. I've been doing it since before the last 2 upgrades so 3/3/4/3

Yep! One thing I do do (that I forgot to mention) is the double bunny hop trick to gain extra height/distance. This is where you do another bunny hop mid-air to give you more momentum and, in this instance, I do it mid-rotation to enable my back wheel to stick out further. Hope that makes sense? Maybe someone higher up the leaderboard could explain?

I managed to 0 fault it last night and achieved the second slowest 0 fault time (the slowest was 9 minutes something!). Haha
