You're welcome.
Thats still a bit vague though. "Virtually all HUD elements" implies that there are some elements incapable of being toggled off.... hopefully the mini-map/ health bar are toggle-able...Originally Posted by xRaDRoacHx Go to original post
If I had my way I would turn off Tagging in SP so I did not know where the enemy is when going in buildings, spoils the tension.
MP I would turn off mini map / radar
If there were any of those Team Support Strikes / Battle Cries I would turn those off and also Healing I would turn off - If you go down your dead and its a quick respawn straight back into action - Keep the action flowing and keep it simple.
Yeah, in FC3 I disabled weapon tagging so that it had to be done through the camera (will do again in FC4, assuming it's still an option [it'd better be]). One of the biggest advantages the in-game character held map had in FC2 was that it voided the need for a mini map on screen at all times, which cleard up the HUD considerably. Hopefully everything can be toggled on/ off and some elements should have the option to be fading HUD elements (meaning they only appear when relevant (ammo counts only show when reloading, 'nade counts when throwing etc...)Originally Posted by FALLEN CHAMP Go to original post
I don't think I even have room to make suggestions for the MP. I played so little of it in FC3 that I can't even say what they should do because I didn't care for the 3 or so matches I played on a basic level so going into the deeper elements of what features need tweaking is beyond my knowledge, haha. I don't have any expectations out of the MP of FC4, so if it's anything north of terrible I'll be pleasantly surprised. I suppose that is most of why I seem to be one of the only people with a more positive perspective on the game around here.![]()
