I finally found a new one!!! It's in Rocky Desert. I haven't figured out how to get it yet, but I know where it is located:

After you go over the first cliff and are about to go over the second one, the cube is under the hill about where you fly off normally. It's easy to see where you would go in and come out, but how to open it?

First off it does seem like they changed the hill on that jump and the cube could be under that flap that isn't sitting right..only thing i could think of is the spinning wheel behind the lift...use that to shoot you back up their? but i see the blue your talking about and if you go fast through the level you can see that blue in the bottom right corner of the screen is just crystals sticking out of the ground like in diamond dash...but that hill does seem shady. But on the 4th checkpoint on fang wall if you back up..does seem like their could be something their..but i haven't found anything..

I can see the cube, not just a blue light. Go down the second hill very slowly. Just after you go past the end of the wood, you are close. Look to the left, past the blue crystals. There is an opening where the cube is. It's very hard for me to get a screenshot when it takes both hands to keep the bike steady.

I see it now....i bet the cannon at the top of the mountain goes off and flies down and takes out the track piece their to reveal it. Or maybe A rock falls from the sky and takes it out...either way..if the switch to open it is passed that hill idk how you would get back up their to get it since once your down it seems no bike can get back up that drop off on the hill..i have all 3 tier one bikes maxed and can't get back up...switch must be somewhere before the hill.

Yeah, I can see it. And if the pattern and the old man are to be trusted, Cube 22 (this one) should be the last one.

Or this bit of flat rock here (where my back wheel is touching) is what opens up and you can continue reversing up to the Cube? That means the switch can be anywhere up until the platform shoots you up.

No its 100% there, you can see and hear it.

My bet is that you somehow should press that rock button on a slope (top left on the first screenshot). I didn't manage to press it with sufficient force, though.

Then wooden planks (the bike stands on on the second screenshot) would explode and an opening in a hill would emerge. One could drop in there, take the cube and then exit the same way.
Sorry if that's a wrong theory, that button-ish rock peace appears to have existed even before the update.
