I heard that insane mode for co-op games was made increasingly difficult 8 times, but yesterday when I played an insane mode game, it felt like casual mode.

I would like insane mode to be extremely difficult, requiring players to expertly utilize cover and work as a team. Some ideas are to make players more fragile to bullets and explosions, make the AI of the enemies more intelligent, make the enemies stay off to the sides behind cover rather than run out into the open or charge straight at you, and provide fewer ammo crates.

To offset this, I would like the enemies to also be weaker to bullet damage and to utilize a wider variety of tactics, like throwing grenades from behind cover without standing up (although I think they already do this) and try to surround players while moving from cover to cover (they already try to surround players, but they don't move from cover to cover while they do it). I would also like silenced weapons to be silent to them on all the game difficulties, not just on Casual and Normal.

I also think their movements need to be normalized again, so that they don't moonwalk or slide strafing so unfathomably and frustratingly. I don't want to have to aim for their waist every time I want to score a hit. My goal is to have it be extremely difficult, not stupidly difficult. No laser vision nuclear blasts, please.

What other ways can insane mode be made more difficult, like Navy Seal or Covert Ops style?
