Unable to Download Empire of the Sky on Xbox 360 | Forums

There is another thread that was closed about this and I am confused why. I still am unable to download Empire of the Sky on Xbox 360. This issue is not listed in the Sticky up top. I am able to download and play Welcome to the Abyss just fine. I really think this issue needs to be called out a little more.

I go into the Additional Content menu in Trials Fusion. I go down and select Empire of the Sky. The Xbox menu pops up and I select Confirm Purchase. It starts to download. In order to actually start the download, I go out to the dashboard. I look in my Active Downloads and I see it there and it moves between 0% and 1% about 3 or 4 times, and after about 10-20 seconds it will say "Unable to Download Empire of the Sky DLC".

Can someone at least let me know that Xbox is aware of the issue and is working on it? Again, the other thread about this was closed, yet I don't really see any mention of it in the stickies up top. Maybe I'm missing something. Help?

Sorry for the other thread being closed.
We discussed it with Microsoft and they are investigating the issue.
Can you confirm you're based in USA?

Can you check if you have partially the DLC on your console's storage? If you have it, can you remove it and retry.

Unfortunately I do not. I see DLC packs 1 and 3, but there is nothing about DLC pack 2.

One other thing to note is that I have not played Trials Fusion for a few months until last week. I don't know if somehow the timing of me missing updates vs. new updates coming out caused any issues, but I know that others have tried deleting everything and redownloading everything and it still hasn't been fixed.

I have the same issue in France.

I tried downloading the full game again (game + DLC 1 and 3 work, but not DLC 2), clearing the cache, etc... spent 2h with Microsoft's support, but nothing worked...

any news on your side?

yeah got this error today "cant download" !
actulay Microsoft support sent me here and give me a phone number to inform you guys about it but your saying there investigating it ;/

Can you please precise:

- You have the issue with Empire of the Sky only? (the others work)
- You're on X360
- Where are you located?
- What is your gamertag?

Any details you can think about would help.
