Hi I have exhausted the tech support options with uplay my questions. Wondering if anyone found a way to fix this?

"key not valid for use in specified state.

Error:- 1603 Fatal Error during installation.
Consult Windows Installer Help (Msi.chm) or MSDN for more information."

I put in a google search for "how to consult windows installer help" and came up none the wiser as to what my issue is. However I did notice a lot of people with Far Cry experienced the same error message.

My OS is Windows 8.1. My graphics card is a 740m that is up to date with DIrect X 11.

Please help. Thank you.
