I just bought the Deluxe game from Newegg. Got a digital code but it did not unlock the Deluxe content including the Seasons Pass. What do I need to do?

Yes, but they don't seem to be responding. They asked for screenshots, which I provided, then that was the last I heard from them.

Edit: Finally got an email from Newegg support with a Deluxe Edition code. All is good now.
