As of an hour ago 7:31 AEST (QLD Australia ) I was able to download "Welcome to the Abyss" on the Xbox 360. Empire however still sits at 0% and fails after 30 seconds.

Still not available for me on Xbox One, complete BS that DLC is available to other people even though I paid for that DLC in April. I feel ripped off, cheated, and you can be sure you will never get a dime from me. It's a shame considering I've bought all Trials games and DLC day 1 and loved this franchise, but this game and the way it has been handled has left a sour taste in my mouth, something no other game has done in my 25 years of gaming. I wish you luck in your future endeavors Redlynx.

So ... somehow, restoring licences fixed the problem. No idea why. I'm not sure why I tried it to be honest. If anyone else has this issue, the option to restore licences is located under "PSN" in the settings menu.

I guess this may not have been the a problem from your side then. Never had this happen with any other product though. Oh well. It works now.

Thanks for letting us know. Microsoft is investigating the issue with Empire of the sky. We'll get back to you when we have more information.

Sorry for the inconvenience, as already explained, our impact on this kind of problem is limited.

Did you reboot your console since Tuesday? Did you contact Microsoft about this issue since it's supposed to be resolved?

All platform should be good to go with Welcome to the Abyss. We are investigating reports of Empire of the Sky not downloading with MS.

Can you check if you have partially the DLC on your console's storage? If you have it, can you remove it and retry.

I checked and there is no Partial (or incomplete) download to delete.
I have tried deleting all Trials Fusion files (main game, DLC, tracks etc) and re downloading them
tried downloading via the main menu which gives me a message saying that I should purchase the item with my Microsoft account or try again later.
tried downloading via the DLC itself in game which just sits at pending.
tried downloading via my download history and it goes to 0%-1% then dies
tried downloading via the XBLA and it sits at 0%-1% then dies.

I have purchase all DLC separately and not with a season pass.

Vegemite_98, can you try to transfer your licenses back to your current console?

If you go to this page and click where it says "Can I transfer a content license from one Xbox 360 console to another?" there is a detailed guide on how to perform license transfers.

After transferring the licenses, can you please try downloading the content again?
