    Hello,

I can give more visibility on how things are done.

When we have a DLC, we submit to Microsoft a version of the game with some configuration files explaining what is in the season pass, etc...

There is an environment called "certification environment" (marketplace, server, etc...) that can be accessed by Microsoft and Ubisoft/Redlynx where we upload this version of the game.
Microsoft runs a lot of tests to check everything (Xbox requirements, season pass, etc...) is working as expected and then gives a greenlight or not.

When MS gives a greenlight, they take the version we submitted (physically the same binaries and the same data, and the same configuration files) and move it to the live environment (the one that players are using) with the next marketplace update (that happens on Tuesdays).

Outside of the certification environment, Ubisoft/Redlynx can't test if it's working, we don't have access to this before the players. The only things that remains on our side are the servers (track central, leaderboards, etc...).

So obviously, everything was working on certification environment (otherwise Microsoft wouldn't give the greenlight), but some problems happen after that obviously as everyone can observe something goes wrong in live environment.

So, all the comments of frustration are understandable and I don't deny it but what may look easy from an outsider's point of view is not that straightforward in reality.
Also, please note that everything works on PC. Although I wouldn't blame Microsoft, I don't think it's easy on their side neither and mistakes can be done. But when players are impacted, that's really bad. :-(

We're working with Microsoft to get a resolution as soon as possible. That's not fun for anyone but we really do everything possible on our side before the release and the day of the release.

    Regards,

We are Tuesday Breity! That's why it should already work. But... something is wrong.

Do you have any info from MS what is wrong or haven't they replied yet?

*Note to self: if a second season pass is released for trials, stick to buying the DLC separately.

EDIT: spoke to MS support about my 360 purchase. got refunded the £3.99 and i will apparently be able to re-download the content in 48-72 hours (assuming it is fixed by then). They also told me the Xbox one season pass problem could be fixed very soon.

You should have warned Microsoft then that this would be an issue again ahead of time. Otherwise it will happen with each dlc you release until something is done about it. This became a problem once the check mark was removed from next to out season passes. I think that was after the first patch. On the bright side I was finally able to install abyss. Thanks for getting it worked out
