The 1st DLC had issues for SP holders : They had to wait a couple hours to get the DLC free.

The 2nd DLC had the VERY SAME issues, and it was even worse.

The 3rd DLC has AGAIN this kind of issues. Though Redlynx told us they would fix that. And it's still not available btw.

I think that's enough joking. Can you fix this for good ? Instead of being next-to-completely silent regarding this.

You're not fair saying we're silent. We explained exactly what happens and we have been active and transparent on the forum.
Though I understand the frustration around the issue, I guess you can also understand that it's frustrating for us as well as it's not in our hands.

can I just say you guys are awesome? Ive never seen the developers or community managers talk so much with the fans in the forums keep doing that I think it eases peoples tensions
