Game crashes on startup. DirectX issue?

Hi. I bought the game a couple of days ago, installed it and pressed "Play". The games crashes on startup giving a "Trials_fusion.exe has stopped working" message. That was very disappointing. I've found other people having the same problem online but no solution yet. I messed with the config file a little bit, changing the resolution to my screen's resolution (1920x1080) and then instead of getting the previous message I get one saying that Direct X 10.1 or more is needed which is weird because I have Direct X 11 installed.

    [EDIT]
Before buying the game I checked my Dxdiag system information file and as you can see below it says that I have DirectX 11. After contacting the Uplay tech support, I was told that even though I have DirectX11 installed my card does not support DirectX 10.1. By the way, I have 2x Geforce 9800 GTX+ graphics cards in SLI mode with a total graphics memory 2Gb DDR3. I tried to check if that's true on the GeForce website but it doesn't mention anything in the specifications (see here http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desk...specifications).
In any case, I don't think it is fair that you have to be a tech geek to figure out if the game is compatible with your PC. Before buying the game I checked the installed version of Direct X and it seemed OK, the rest of the minimum requirements were OK too so I bought the game. That was the best I could do. Since it doesn't work I want a solution or a refund. Is that possible?

    Hello,

I believe you have the same problem as here: http://forums.steampowered.com/forum...t-1400380.html
You have DirectX 11 installed but the graphic card can't use DirectX 11 features.
Also, we provide a demo for people to be able to test the game before buying it.

However, if you can't have a newer graphic card, you may be able to have a refund from the vendor.

    Regards,
