According to this chart if the five picks go by top hits, the five pack would be Like a Stone, Be Yourself, I Am the Highway, Doesn't Remind Me, and Show Me How to Live.
What it most likely will be is Cochise, Like a Stone, Show Me How to Live, Be Yourself, and Original Fire if they go for most popular on radio play.

A lot of his effects are not even pedals.. He uses kill switches a lot and he things like allan wrenches and other objects to scratch the strings and get various sounds.

As a side note, I have the guitar that Cornell plays in this video. Not the exact guitar obviously but it is his signature 335 with lollerton pickups.
