    How to download games from Uplay

    Hello,

    During a sale sometime ago i bought several games through uplay, at the time i went to my games, downloaded one fo those games and played it. Now i come back, wanting to play some of the other games i bought and i cant seem to find a way to download my games.

    So, as the title says, how do i download games from uplay?

    In the game part, make sure it you "show all" and "show hidden". If still not there, I suggest open a ticket with support.

    Hello Lucas723,

    Thanks for contacting us with your question. As houcksf mentioned, when you are in your game library in the Uplay client, there are a number of options "Favourites", "All Games", Installed" "More". Please double check that you were using the "All games" view and that you've clicked on "More" and turned on the option to "Show hidden games".

    If your games are still not displayed, try clicking on the gear icon in the top right, then clicking on "Account Information". Once you do a window will open that lists all the products that are registered to your account. If anything is missing from this list, you may need to contact Ubisoft Support to have them look into the matter for you.

    When making purchases through Uplay you should be sent an email confirming your purchase. That email should also contain the activation code for the games purchased, so if you have that email you can attempt to register the code to your account in case the game has not yet been registered. However, please do not try registering the code over and over as there is an automated system that suspends accounts for one hour if they input incorrect codes too many times.

    If you find that the code is incorrect, or you get a message telling you that the game is already registered to another account, please contact Ubisoft support with your activation code and they can check what account it is registered to. You can contact them through our ticket system's webform found by clicking on "My questions" on this page: https://support.ubi.com and then clicking "Ask a Question"
