Why can't I download any tracks?

Recently I had a very bad experience with the online features, I can't download any tracks, can't load any track thumbnails, can't connect to leaderboard, can't post my score in Fusion!
However I have no problem playing Evo online, are there somthing wrong with the Fusion servers? If there are, please fix it.
If not, please tell me what to do.

    Hello,

As it seems to be only for you, I believe things are ok with the servers.
Please contact the customer support to help you to troubleshoot the issue.

    Hello,
As I am experiencing the same problem, I was just wondering about something: could it be that the "my documents" folder, in which the game saves the tracks you make, so then logically the ones you download, must be on the local computer itself, and not on a local shared "my documents" folder to make it work properly? This same thing was the source of the trouble launching the game I had when I bought it. Notice by the way that, if this really is the source of the trouble, I personnaly consider this as a basic conception problem, and should have been tested. Indeed, the goal of a test team is to check that any configuration that has the minimum requirements at least can run the game / software in its whole possibilities, right?

    Hello,

The issue at game launch was when people had their "My Documents" folder on a network drive. That's not a setup that we supported by default (it's quite "exotic"). However it has been fixed in the first patch.

So it can't be this problem.

@Brohua: Did you contact Ubisoft Support? Any progress?

Hi, I still have this problem right after patch 3.5. My Fusion's connection is always unstable, sometimes I can download tracks but sometimes I can't. It's wierd that I can easily download any tracks in Evo, but I can't do it in Fusion.

    Hello guys,

We really need to go through Ubisoft support because they have the processes to troubleshoot this kind of issues. If you don't get any answer from the support, get back to us with your ticket number, we'll take care to push internally.

Also, you can try on another PC with the same account to see if it makes a difference. If it does, it probably comes from your computer and that's hard to fix on our side, if it doesn't make any difference, it's probably something on our side that we'll have to investigate.
