There was a time it was available on the loot wheel post-halloween..... I assume they are still available there. We werent really happy about it at the time (not mad that they gave them to everyone who didnt participate... but that they gave them right away to everyone who didnt try, which made a mockery of all who slaved to get them):

Okay thanks. Yeah it sucks how they handled that. But, I'm happy that I can still get them. I'm missing so many tracks.
