i have an Acer espire E15 Laptop with an Intel core i5 processor and an Nvidia Geforce 840m graficcard i can Play Trials but with massiv lags and one Thing im wondering is when i Play on low or high are the same lags not harder or lower and thats the question have i to set up my nvidia with any 3d Options or anything im a pc noob thx for help

Ok, so first of all did you try to update the game to 3.5 that was released yesterday?
If you go to video setting you should have a "Enable Frame Skipping" option now. Try to turn it on.

can you tell me how i can Change my Trials to english or can you tell me just the german word for Frame skipping and how can i see what Version of the game im running i got an Auto uptade on sunday i think thanks

Thread can be closed can run now on low with just minimal lags with 58-66 fps thank you

That's good.
And of course bad that you have to play it on low configurations.
But unfortunately you have low Laptop.
But you can also try to change some video configuration to adjust your experience.
