Thank you! I abandoned the candy missions when I got to the Aqueduct (Land of Sugar) and now can finally proceed, several months later. I should have checked the forums a loooong time ago.

Yeah, I just couldn't find that infernal piece of candy. Climbing that ramp wasn't easy. It made me feel an intense hatred for candy.
