Is there a way to earn coins or money faster than spending 5, 7 or 10 gas per track and crossing the finish line once.

If not, which tracks pay out the most coins?
Has anyone made a complete list of tracks, coins, and times to complete for gold and platinum?

Money only has one purpose in the game; to buy upgrades. They dont make it easy to collect it, and gems are really even harder to come by.

Running tracks is the common way. Use a Coin Doubler if you have them. Pipe Basin and Ghost Town (Tier2 tracks) give around 400+ per run with Doubler. Using a rarified fuel + coin doubler, I often got 40-50K an hour from Pipe Basin. Rarified fuel is... rare... though.

Once you get farther along, in the latest IOS update there is "Logging Camp" will give you about twice as much (922 for 7 gas).

At the end of a track you can spin the Loot Wheel and sometimes there will be money you can win there. Also, you can make decent money off the slot machine once you have
progressed far enough.

Edit: Dooh! I forgot ANBA. If you nurse the tracks by not trying too win by too much, you can make some good money off of ANBA. Many people swear by this approach.,



Nobody bothered to make a list of times for each track; each track is different so it doenst really matter. Try to go fast, and learn by playing other ghosts who are slightly faster than you.

Unfortunately this seems to have gotten fixed overnight. I spent half an hour earning 1200+ coins per run before bed, this morning it was back to around 500 with a coin doubler. Oh well, my efforts did get me a top-20 finish though!

Yeah it got nerfed when they fixed the Diamond Dash checkpoint payoff issue (see other topic). Bummer.
