In Hearthstone we have a mode called Arena Mode, where you pay a fee of gold and you draft a deck from Random Cards
Once you pay the fee you can pick your Class/Hero and then the game shows you 3 Cards from which you can choose one
This process repeats till you have 30 Cards
The more matches you win the better your rewards are and after you lose 3 Games/ Win 12 Games you get a pack
But even if you get 7 Wins and 3 Losses, you will still get rewards and Packs
Rewards Scale with Wins

MMDOC should have a mode like this imo

We often use the name of "Draft", the MTG equivalent of the Arena, and that's indeed something we'd love to see in the game. However it's hard to introduce and not added in our schedule for the moment.
