    Its unfortunate that you landed into accidental purchase and lost your gems. We are in the process of adding an additional confirmation layer to prevent such issues from taking place in the future.

    That's a well appreciated gesture you've made. And things seem to be going forward regarding preventing these "accidents". That's great!
    Maybe someone(with the the support of the others) hinted someone that this is a real problem several people have had? Idunno

    But now, Lotz seems to be ready for another challenge!

    Well that's depressing, I guess $9 worth of gems are just gone. Thanks for posting your response though, I can stop waiting for mine and get back to playing tracks. I've only been playing the slot machine since Saturday when this happened to me, because I didn't want to take advantage of the outfit's ability (extra section growth on loot wheel) in case I'd be getting a refund. At least our misfortune will prevent others from experiencing the same in the future.

    I think this is worth mentioning. I was PMed by SerenityJoshi here on the forums and refunded the 90 gems I accidentally spent. Im really regaining faith in the game and the devs. Big thanks for the refund. I could immediately spend them on the suit I actually wanted. Great to have someone to represent the devs here on the forums. Looking forward to see more problems solved, and wish you guys luck with that too. The next time a good deal comes up in the game I'll make sure to support the game with a purchase.

    I didn't take him up on the offer. The mention of selecting an older progress to continue with put me off after what happened last time.

    I've earned the gems back in the meantime and I don't fancy putting my leaderboard score or gems at risk!

    Refund can be done

    Hi, I also accidentaly spent 500gems for tsome clothes. I kindly asked Ubisoft for refund and they did it in 2 or 3 days.
    Thanks.
    On the other hand,second level notification like "do you really want to buy ..." would be highly appreciated.

    I had a few hundred taken from me. However many gems it costs to buy the chest piece for The Enforcer after beating 3 ghosts is how many I lost. I'd like a refund, but not if it requires an older saved game file to be restored.
