Ok guys, now that you tell me that's it's a common issue I'll wait a couple of days. I don't want to open a support ticket for something like this if waiting can solve it. I was just worried because I've been receiving gifts from new friends so I thought I should already be able to send them as well. Thanks for your replies.

EDIT: It is working now, waiting was the key. Now I think I have too many friends but hey, I'm getting a lot of money for quick grabbing gifts!
