The easiest way is to connect the game to UPlay then in the blue window the second tab is "friends". There you can add names to send them a friend request. Check if they're playing on the same platform (Android or iOS) before because the two are not "compatible". To get people to add you, you should also say on what platform you are playing. (Also you might find it easier to get friends and/or answers to questions if you post in English)
