Top 20 is a very good score, I'd say. If you were to be in top 20 in all tracks in the game than definetely the average score would be over 800k. 805k is my current average per track. I'm not sure what my avarage position in the leaderboards for all tracks is. I'm guessing I'm in the top 20 in at least half of them, I'm in the top ten for quite a few, or even top 5, but also around 50 on some tracks. So 20 seems like a reasonable avarage position in my case - which again would be more like 800k per track.

Hey, you are right! I have been short-changing myself; my average is much better than the last time I did this; I guess I have been steadily improving my global score more effectively than I thought! Here is what I got:
109 total tracks - Fire Oasis = 108

Rank 15 xitooner 86546667/108 = 801K
Rank 9 eldroo 87115363/108 = 806K
Rank 2 Cassecou06 88007873/109 = 807.4K (Cass has Fire Oasis, so used 109)

So 800K-810K on average is what you need to get per track if you are aiming for the global top 20.

14 new tracks? I was wondering why everybody was overtaking me on the global leaderboards

I have met the requirements for three full outfits but the outfits aren't unlocked. If it is supposed to unlock the item then you've failed us again and it will most likely be months of silence before it works properly.

Wonder what else doesn't work?

I have the same problem with outfits....please advise!
