Sorry for the confusion, I am really excited about this concept and was going to launch the project today but realised I was rushing into it due to my enthusiasm. I need planning and design time before I want to proceed. This is why I decided to delay it.
Will bring it back to life if or when it has developed properly.

A procedurally-generated track sounds to me like a block-world game's world map; the track would build itself as you rode on it.
