    Use social media and #hashtags ... nobody likes bad press... especially when they want more support from pc gamers... :P
    I hope it's not too impolite... but hey, I paid for the game... get it fixed...
    I bought their next game (fusion) and still can't play it online... Not an happy camper...
    That and I'm playing watch_dogs ... which lags on my 780 gtx card with a 4790k (overclocked to 4.6ghz) and 16 gigs of gskill sniper ram... on high let alone ultra (recommended) settings ... come on!
    I hate to bash .. but you are not reassuring carmanfat telling me they have dropped yet another ball...

    Interesting, I wonder why nobody answered my support ticket though since it's 4 days old now...
    Glad to hear there's at least something happening though (well, I hope there is), this problem exists for over a week now.

    Yeah, we'll see if something happens. Hopefully it does, as whether or not this is fixed will play a large factor in deciding if I get any more Trials games.

    There's no need to try to blackmail Ubisoft or RedLynx to do anything

    I've reported this problem to the right people and there is a indeed a problem and we are looking into it.

    Of course there's a need, when I pay money for something and I'm not getting it, I can complain as much as I like.

    I'm getting a feeling that private games will remain bugged forever, Ubisoft is well known for their terrible customer experience.
