Stuck
I seem to be stuck in the game.I beat Butch in the "Tree Houses" map, I unlocked the map until "The Mill". I upgraded the Saloon to level 2 and built the Mantis. The only two missions that are offered right now are one ANBA (AI Awakening) and a missions where you have to beat a ghost (A Troubling Past, in the Trebuchet map). I have a friend that has a mission where he has to repair Butch's bike to have it, he doesn't know how he got it. Do I have to beat more ghosts missions to get there?

yes
continue on whatever mission you have popped up in the saloon, and others will pop up afterwards, regardless of whether the missions follow the same storyline

How the hell do you get past ANY of the tracks on the 95 diamond island? What bike should I use, and how many upgrades to I need for it?
