Please make sure this doesn't happen with future DLC...

The only info that I have right now is that the DLC is currently unavailable on Xbox 360 and that we are working with MS to rectify the situation as soon as possible. I do not currently have an ETA, and I'm not going to rattle off an estimate that amounts to nothing more than a guess.

& here i am thinking i was gonna get some VIP treatment for getting a season pass.
Had i known buying the dlc's seperately would be more convenient, i would have paid an extra 10 bucks.

This is totally unacceptable!!
