the problem is that redlynx havent removed the coffin runs yet or fixed the bugged scores. which should have been done around the time when they fixed the coffin problem itself after 2 months of it being there >(

En0 how can you be so oblivious? Its not the replays that bother us, its the fact that people have gotten a lot of additional score by coffining and yet you guys seem so reluctant to remove their replays and the score that they gained on those tracks.

I know its a lot of effort to do all that, so I don't understand why RL didn't just reset the leaderboards when it became a problem... and ffs dont make broken promises like you did with evo, if you're not gonna fix it then stop saying that you are.

It's not about the replays, it's about removing the run and recalculating the score...

The most annoying ones is all of them. They are all annoying as they all give people a false idea of their rank on, both the track and the global leaderboards, as there are loads of coffin runs.

From my understanding, about 2 months ago there was meant to be some Redlynx or Ubisoft employee who was going through the top replays and writing down every coffin run on each track on each platform until the top 20 on each track was legit and coffin free. If I am mistaken then I dunno how or why I would have made up all of that, in fact I know 100% that it was said by a Redlynx employee. So what happened, did he get fired or was that job never started?

I'd still like to see a complete LB reset of everything except for extreme tracks. It's not just the best players in the world who care about LB position! It's never going to happen, I know, but I'd still like it to happen, and think that it's only fair for everyone.

I remember someone from RL saying they were going to scrutinize the lb's and clean the top 20 too. At this point though it's fairly obvious it's low priority for them for whatever reason. I've seen En0 ask for players to report dodgy runs repeatedly and nobody giving him a single name. Surely if it's that important to some of you guys you can sit and knock up a list for him.

Genuinely not trying to be a d|ck about it, I have some faith in En0 and would like to see this resolved no matter how it has to be handled.

I'm also pretty interested in any link anyone's got to proof of the Coffin exploit being found during the Beta. All of us were worried over FMX getting exploited before launch..first proof I saw was from SouthSinger after release.

Edit: just reread the whole thread, had forgot about the oldest runs having corrupt replays now...well that's bollocks then :/

it's in progress but the process to remove everything at once is not simple.

That's why I propose to remove the worst ones (kind of what is at the top or just before you).

Just give platform, track and name of the rider and we can start to help quicker.

Any person who uses a coffin and is in the top 3 for a track are 'the worst ones' in my opinion as they are times that are impossible or close to impossible to beat now coffin is out of the game. Problem is, on tracks like 'ski or ride' there are around 50 or 100 replays with coffin before there are any runs without a coffin. So they are the worst ones I guess.

Btw if you could remove all cofin runs it would be better, why not use a full day with many people/dev' ? 1 person per track & fix the top 100 at least (less or more, dépends of the track). It could be easier if you do it with many people

For the question, there are a lot of reasons, but the big one is that it would be too expensive.
