    I play L handed too. For FC 3 I remapped my number pad 6 and 3 keys to nades and molotovs (respectively), and the number pad 5 to "throw". They're all quite close to the movement/arrow keys which I, like you, use.
    It's been a long time since I played FC3. I'll likely play it again shortly before FC4 is out. But I used to bring up the selection wheel in FC3 to choose my weapon. I very rarely choose each individual item I need at the time because there's just not enough buttons around my hand. It wouldn't be bad if I wasn't noticed by the enemy. But when I'm under fire I feel I'd get shot when trying to hesitate selecting something on the numberpad.

    I just hope they do something like the wheel selection that the last Wolfenstein had. That was one of the most efficient weapon selections I have ever seen. Just scroll down and the highlighted section went around clockwise, landing on what you want when you stopped and you click to choose it. Anything would be better than Blood Dragon's since it didn't have one.

    I only tend to use the 6 keys above the arrows, Ctrl, Shift, Enter (if I can), and the few closest keys on the numberpad.

    Don't forget to curse a lot. That always helps me. .)
