Tried it again today and I eventually done it. Now I look back and think how pointless that was. Sort of.
I am having the same problem but I am on Xbox One and I am in the USA. It tells me the track pack is out now then when I click on it to download it tells me I have it installed ( and I do). If I uninstall the DLC and start over from in game and re-download it it still shows the DLC as " OUT NOW".Originally Posted by Unkoerl Go to original post

I made a video showing what happens.
I contacted Playstation support and they pretty much told me to re-install the game which I've done twice and nothing has changed. Ubisoft support told me to try restoring the licenses on the PS4 but it errored out half way and now the Riders of the Rustlands DLC doesn't work. It says the same thing as the Empire Of The Sky DLC "OUT NOW" and wants me to download it even though my PS4 says it's installed. I was informed by PS support that the next step after re-installing the game is to re-initialize my PS4, aka wiping it and starting again, which I'm not too fond of doing.
If anyone is able to contact Redlynx and see if they have any insight into the issue, that would be helpful.
I managed to fix the issue by deleting the game content and my save data for Trials Fusion off the console, making sure the save data was on the PS+ cloud. I then downloaded the game again through the library of the PS4. Once the game had downloaded, before I re-downloaded my save data, I started the game and all the add-ons I had including the DLC unlocked successfully. I then downloaded my save data for Trials Fusion and the DLC worked. I can now restore the licenses without it erroring half way through.
If the issue is with licensing, as it appears to be if restoring the licenses fails, then there isn't much that WE can do other than ask you to contact Ubisoft Support or Playstation Support. We don't have access to your profiles and purchase history. We will do everything we can to help, including forwarding support numbers to support agents and asking them multiple times if they can look at it.Originally Posted by Unkoerl Go to original post
Yeah I understand now that it was a Playstation issue, as I mentioned above, I managed to fix the problem. I really wanted to play the DLC and was trying to get any information I could seeing as it wasn't a very common issue. I appreciate you taking the time to respond and hopefully the next DLC won't give me any hasslesOriginally Posted by ShiftySamurai Go to original post.
