So the bug in the store on X1 that was in RIders of the Rustlands is still present for Empire of the Sky as there has been no patch since.

But if you have been able to play Riders of the Rustlands, you'll be able to play Empire of the Sky as well.

Sorry, but what is that. ..??? the full featured season pass people have to wait.... and for people who have no season pass. .they .can already buying it and playing it. .. before people they pay first. ..hope that is a mistake. .. gimme that dlc ..hurry up please. ..time is money

Nope. Rustlands was downloaded through the season pass by hitting left bumper on home screen. This time is says coming soon. This isn't xbox problem. Just hit the button so we can play

I am checking if it's already live on the market place, it's not really in our hands, so we don't have clear visibility.

Untrue. I dowloaded rustlands DLC through the Xbox One marketplace, it didnt charge me anything since i am a season pass owner.
Now with Empire of the Sky i cannot do this. Marketplace says i need to pay 5 bucks and the in-game option says: "Coming Soon"

I have reset my internet connection, rebooted my router and did a hard reset of my Xbox One twice, not working.
Its still showing "Coming Soon" in-game and in the marketplace it says it is out but im getting charged 5 bucks even though i have the season pass.

Please fix this, i would like to play the DLC that i already payed for with my season pass, when i get back home later.
I dont want to pay for a second time!

It's been live in the marketplace for nearly 5 hours, unless you have season pass then you wait

wait is not annoying, it's the repetition of Popular Events is incomprehensible, there is a flaw somewhere in the release ....

I wonder if this is a Microsoft problem or a Ubisoft problem.

I hope they get on top of this asap.
Tbh its not about the money really, 5 dollars is nothing, but its about the principle of the whole thing.
Im really not willing to pay for something i already own.

We think we know what cause the problem, we're getting in touch with Microsoft to fix it.

Let us know if you have other problem.

The only problem identified at the moment is: On X1, with season pass, you can't get the DLC for free. (being fixed)

great, thats good news, for a moment there i was waiting for the +1gig patch to be released as the DLC is another 9 odd megs, unless ..., well you know.
