Because I absolutely loved what they did with Far Cry 3's Blood Dragon DLC, I'll have my fingers crossed to see what surprises are in store for us.

I really hope that from these new missions in different areas that we get some new MP levels and new Editor Goodies later after the game has been out a while.

With FC3 some of the bonus downloads (Lost Expeditions) had electricity and killer gas (gren smoke) with some nice indoor areas, would love to have used those things in maps.

Volfbane some of the Blood Dragon DLC for the map editor (Console Only) was great like the piece for flooring or walls, but 1. They were very heavy on resources and ate away at the poxy allowance we ended up with for items per grid (before the patch we would have been fine) And 2. there were not enough pieces that came with the DLC but I guess it was free so I can't complain.

Nothing about your link mentions Toronto's work being DLC, and thats due to the Toronto developed "non-Kyrat" sections being the Shangri-La dreamlike sequences of the game recently revealed at GamesCom.

"The next area of the game attendees got to try out was the Ubisoft Toronto-developed series of missions entitled Shangri-La. This level drops the player in a strange, dreamlike world that ties directly into Far Cry 4’s main missions. In this world, a land that doesn’t doesn’t seem to follow the typical laws of the universe, players fight enemies called Scorchers and have the ability to slow time down for a brief period of time. You’re also given a tiger companion to help you take down foes and it seems to keep respawning no matter how many times it dies."

Shangri-La sections can be glimpsed in this video, also from gamescom:

DLCs are the way forward for games companies and for players. More content. different content, new stuff - just keep adding and adding and adding to what there is. Its a win/win in a zero sum game.

I wasn't saying anything about DLC being a bad thing, I like it as well for the most part. Blood Dragon was awesome!! I was just pointing out that Toronto's work is going to be part of the retail package and not DLC as indicated by the OP...
