Yes 400 MSP is the price for each DLC (at their release). Sometimes there were some reductions with each DLC for 200 MSP though.
Feel free to let me know these mistakes if you want, so that I can correct them in the comparative.

Im like 85% sure i payed 1200 MSP for Trials Evo base game and 800 MSP for each seperate DLC.
Im sure the price has been cut in half now, but im talking about when it was released.

The other mistakes i wasnt really sure about so i wont bother you with them.

Your 15% is right then.

Each DLC cost 400 MSP, any of the Trials (HD and Evo) DLC have never cost more than 400 MSP. The only possibility that you paid 800 MSP is if you bought the DLC twice (with two different accounts). Here are some sources if you want to be sure:
