A problem with RRR, plus a question on activation/deactivation

I purchased the Rayman Raving Rabbids game in Feb 2014. I am having a problem running it on my living room PC - works fine on 2-3 other PCs.
    Problem PC has the following:
Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate SP1, 4 GB DDR3 RAM, Intel Core i3 CPU, AMD Radeon 7770 videocard with 1 GB videoRAM, Kingston SSD+Seagate HDD, Sony 46" TV (connected via HDMI cable).
    1) Problem is the following:
When I run the RRR game, a black screen shows along with an error message sounding and text saying:
    Houston, we have a problem
The program crashed (un)expectedly, going down...
and the game won't run. When I press Enter, the game closes.

    2) And my extra question is the following:
How many installations/activations of RRR do I get with one serial number?
EDIT: It seems like maybe 3 or 4 PCs/activations?
What is the correct way to uninstall the RRR game from one of my PCs and get ONE activation back, to install on another PC?
What are the INcorrect ways (if any) to uninstall the game (I want to avoid these)?

    Thanks for any comments!

You should be okay to re-download and install the game on a different PC as long as no one else is signed into your Uplay account. I would check that all drivers on the computer are up to date as well as attempting to verify the game files before launching. Try running the game client as admin to see if it helps. When uninstalling a game, you should first select "uninstall" through the Uplay client. You may also want to check under the Uninstall tool of windows if this does not help. If you have not done so, I suggest submitting your dxdiag and msinfo to Support via "my questions" here.
Feel free to PM me directly after submitting the ticket so that we may have it looked into. I am sorry for the inconvenience that you've experienced as the team in your region should be able to assist you properly.

Thanks, but... I am sorry, but this is all incorrect - the RRR game does NOT use UPlay.
I do have UPlay on the same PC, but it is for a different game - M&M Heroes VI.
    The drivers are up-to-date.
The game can NOT be uninstalled from UPlay, because it does not appear there - only Heroes VI does.

OK, I will contact Tech Support soon and will then PM you. Still, I would appreciate a proper RRR-related answer, not the above which is clearly wrong.

    Same problem

I've been having the same problem as the OP.
Bought the game at Gamers Gate and they stated it's not their problem it's not working.
    Any help?

@danielgcosta - did you solve your issue?
If still not, please submit an UBI support ticket, and you will get help!
UBI was not able to help me get the game working on my problem living room PC, but as I now have the game on my laptop too, that is not a problem.
Initially the support person from UBI told me my game's serial number can be used any number of times, but then when I said I get an error, they then said the serial number needs an activation reset, and asked me to send them a photo of my serial number. Then they upped my activation count, so I can activate the game again, and then the game activated fine on the 2 computers I needed that on - a laptop, which never had the RRR game, and a desktop PC, which had to have its OS re-installed.

Please note they will probably ask you to send an image of your RRR game serial number/reg. key.
I did that by making a screenshot of the purchase confirmation email of my RRR game
    using Windows Snipping Tool.

Please let us know if/when the UBI Tech Support helps you. Hope it works for you!
(or tell us also if they were unable to do so)
