OPSAT in original splinter cell? (PS3 HD) | Forums

I can't access my OPSAT at all in the first splinter cell on the new splinter cell trilogy collection. I have tried 2 different PS3 controllers and pressing select simply does not bring up the OPSAT. Am I missing something here? Anyone else have this problem?
