I recently purchased SC: Blacklist. I completed the game and then I decided to see what UPlay had to offer. But whenever I press start, then go to Uplay it freezes. It just sits on a screen that says "You are entering Uplay. Uplay content may not be accessible to all audiences." My Xbox completely freezes also, I can't even go back to the dashboard and I have to turn it off. I live in the United States and I have never had issues getting into Uplay on my other games. Is there a way I can fix this?

This is the problem I am having now with all Ubi games with UPlay on Xbox 360. I got a reply from support to check the ports/DMZ/what have you but it still doesn't work. There is one exception: SC Conviction. It will give me the "Error loading information from the UPlay service. Returning to game" and I still have control and can back out to the game. Sometimes it will even make it to the white Uplay screen only to give me the "Error loading information from the UPlay service. Returning to game" screen.
