5th time progress lost | Forums

So title says it all.

Its been the fifth time since the game came out where I have lost most of the progress I've made, each time I get to masters gauntlet play the tracks, get about 80% completion, take a break from the game (cause you know, I have replayed it 5 times already) come back and it sets me back to 20% - 35% and I have to do all over again... Now I believe my locals got melted with my cloud saves and its all messed up... I'm getting frustrated to see my ghost and all my records still there while I have to beat it ALL over again...

Have you already contacted the customer support? They have some processes to trouble shoot this kind of issue.

Let me know if you're still blocked.
