In the future (maybe Im overlooking it now) can we have something where we can easily make objects decoration only and then be able to quickly make them normal again? If Im building background and using many different objects, it starts taking up time to go to decoration only for every object. Or am I being a cry baby about it? lol

Easier Access to Help (funktastic-): Include links to Forum guides and tutorials made by the community. This would greatly help new builders wash away their fear when they first see the example tracks and the vast amount of logic blowing up in their face. I myself had to search for it, but it would be fantastic for it to be in the Editor. A help section in the Editor covering all the tools and events would be even better, as sometimes people don't want to wait a few days until they can get to the Forum or the Editor stream.
    combine those:

Custom Tutorial building / sharing (SwampBalls/funktastic-/Core2TOM): Besides building tracks you should be able to build tutorials in the editor and share them on track central with other builders. For example you build a short logicchain on the left side with some comment toolcards that other builders can look at and on the right side they would have to rebuild it. Something like this would be very helpful to all builders to learn more about the editor. Currently there are just the evo tutorials on youtube and 1 editor stream per week on twitch (many new builders i talked to didnt even know about it)

tbh i cant imagine how that would look like it sounds very very complicated to me. maybe we have the same idea in mind and my brain just cant handle the word "rotation matrix" i thought about this:

Object Position Event 2.0 (Core2TOM): Global AND local position animation at once.

It could also help speed up processing by only having terrain modifications present at locations that creators desired. Skillgame makers could also benefit if the wanted to make retro style games that used no terrain.
i would also love to have that, but not in a way that there are many different worlds like we had in evo. I dont think that even 5% of all builders would use the flat world (?) to make everyone happy how about this? dont know if its possible or not...

Area Clear 2.0 (pneumaticbog484/Core2TOM): Option to hide the Base World Terrain mods incl. physics shape to create a empty flat world. Size value like on other tools to get the size you need much faster.

now some of my own ideas:

Values on slidersand and checkboxes (Core2TOM): If you have ever changed sliders with values you should know this. Example: You want to change the post effect on the camera from Arctic to Pseudo Sepia, but which values do you need? I have to count it myself everytime. To make it more userfriendly just name every option with a value like [0] Filmic Tone Curve, [1] Desaturate, [2] Hard Contrast, [3] Cooling Blue ... etc. Same on checkboxes: place 1 or 0 in the yellow icon if something is enabled or disabled. It may not be neccessary, but many builders dont even know they can manipulate sliders and checkboxes with values and it could motivate them to experiment more.

Dynamic Music Tool 2.0 (Core2TOM): Since the Dynamic Music Tool was patched you can only toggle the current playing music on [0] and off [1]. The values are confusing because every checkbox in any tool uses [1] = on and [0] = off. Change the Intensity value to a slider. Music Action: [0] Play Music, [1] Stop Music, [2] Mute Music, [3] Fade-Out Music Stop, [4] Fade-In Restart current Music, [5] Restart current Music. Add a slider for the playlist (similar to the object variations in the Variation event) the more music in the playlist, the more options on the slider. By that you could change the current playing music with values and kinda create dynamic music by yourself (without wilppe going crazy by creating tons of different loops) Add Pitch Music: -48 to +48 like we can do on sound sources.

Visibility checkbox on Checkpoint properties (Core2TOM): If you build custom checkpoints or dont want to show your checkpoints at all that would be a nice option.

Countdown Impulse Trigger (Core2TOM): Impulses are only working after the 3, 2, 1, GO countdown for some reason. But it would be great to have a special impulse trigger that only works during the countdown (maybe 300 ticks total or something)

Favorites in seperate savefile (Core2TOM): Sometimes something can go wrong, so was Fusion´s launch. I saved many logicchains to my favorites and even today if i try to select them the game crashes instantly and there is no other way to delete them but to delete the whole savefile with all my unlocks and customs. A seperate savefile just for the favorites should avoid problems like that very easily.

The Collision slider can be linked to a variable. It's 0 to 3 or 1 to 4, but you can link the object to a variable data source, then use Set Value Event (or anything with a number) to turn on/off collisions.

State Event: Reset (Core2TOM): In the curved datasource we have the option "Reset when disabled" but what if i just want to reset the tickcount and keep it activated? Currently i have to do this: Impulse → State Event: Off → State Event: On. Please Combine those in a Reset State option.

Skillgame Time default 30 minutes (Core2TOM): When i build skillgames the default max time is just 01:00.000 minute. Change this to 30:00.000 like this is the standard time in regular tracks and skillgames.

Manipulate Emission with values (Core2TOM): Title says it

Camera post effect Miller red / green / blue (Core2TOM): The miller post effect in Evo was awesome and you can create some unique effects like this with it. Thats not possible in Fusion. Instead of just seeing red color on black & white give us 3 different Miller post effects, one for each color. By changing between those 3 post effects with values on the fly you should be able to create some really insane effects.

Position- & Target interpolation on custom camera (Core2TOM): Currently the position interpolation and target interpolation on the gamecamera affects custom cameras aswell, but there should be seperate options. Example: in this skillgame made by PneumaticBog484 he sets position- and target interpolation on the gamecamera to the max and then used a custom camera as the gamecamera. By that you always see those icons at the same position.

Trigger values in the Game variable datasource (Core2TOM): Currently we get brake values from 0 to 3 and gas values from 0 to 7. Depending on what you want to do they should have equal upper limits like 0 to 100 in %

Checkpoint position while playing (Core2TOM): Dont know if this could be possible or not, its just something that we currently cant do. While playing OPE a checkpoint to a new position (and of course it should still work)

Object getter 2.0 (Core2TOM): Remove the object pointer tool and include its "all targets" option in the object getter tool. Also (if its possible) let 1 object getter select more than 1 object array, even if you cant work with many object arrays at once. If you connect 3 object arrays in example you should get a option in the object getter to chose

Layers enabled / disabled in the editor settings (Core2TOM): The layers are a great addition to the editor, but sometimes you move some objects by mistake to another layer. Some great tracks are unplayable in mp because of some ramps were moved to the singleplayer layer. You should be able to enable or disable the layers feature in the editor settings. Advanced builders could enable it and use this feature and everyone else doesnt have to use it (or use it by misake)

and imo the most important thing overall:

Editor tutorials (Core2TOM): Remember when Evo came out with its all new editor? Without Shogun´s great tutorial series on youtube i would probably have never understand anything about all the logic stuff (thanks again buddy) New players do probably not know about those videos or the editor streams... that results in tons of horrible MyTrack creations Like i mentioned custom tutorial building / sharing before, the editor should include tutorials for everything. Show how it works and let new builders redo it. I think thats the best way to learn whats going on.

Is there a way to possibly keep track of how much time you have been working on a track? Like in most RPG games it lets ya know how long you've been playing. I know XBONE keeps track of overall time, but it'd be nice to know exactly how long I've been working on a track.

    Here's my ideas it's a bunch.

    Editor settings

    Auto save
I'm more afraid of my game freezing while building if anything so auto save would be nice.

    Toggle hub
I know how to use the editor I don't think the buttons on the botton of my screen constantly is helping me anymore so a option to toggle could save up space on my screen.

    Scores settings
Renaming of scores instead of presets and total movement of where scores go.

    Multiplayer in editor
Minecraft, Halo, Project spark all have some kinda of form of being able to build with a friend* I would love to build in the editor with people or my friends across the world and learn how they make objects or tool card set ups and could make tracks easier to make as a whole.

    Rearrange the new object menu
If you could move around the different object categories to your liking it would be very convenient.

Option to completely remove the bike in skill games. This may lead to complications when it comes to checkpoints but the tool card list has a fix.

    Tool cards

    Save data source
Let's say someone has just finished your map when they come back to your map there is no possible way to remember values once someone exits your map a save data source could fix this your very own game save for your map.

Physics joint that works like a OPE This would be great for jointing hands or custom made characters joints that don't need physics and could fix the orientation problems of joints when using a OPE and Dummy object.

    Subtitle on screen
If you wanted to tell a story in your map or if you built a FPS and want someone to go in a location a subtitle would be the best way like the description in skill games maybe with more customization.

    Subtitle Box
A box you can put a list of words in and can be see able by the player like the extract function on a variable data source.

Multiplayer buttons that can control a different player while in a multiplayer match just like local but for players online.

Don't know if this was mentioned before: It would be really nice, if one could decrease the speed of rotating an moving an object. Just as you can do so with the camera (holding L2 to slow it and R2 to raise the speed).

RedLynx absolutely must take into consideration that there are designers who are at the TOP of the TOP in all levels of creation:
    - Music
    - Decoration
    - Racing online

the greatest advance of the next GAMES TRIALS: is this: creative sharing (see FORZA MOTORSPORT)

    - There are players who created animations and are zero elsewhere ..... (becaufe it takes time ....)
    - There are players who created the "good leads hyper, hyper good running lines" ... and are unable to create a scenery worthy of that name ....
    - And then there are artists, who asks that "to share their creations ..... (FORZA MOTORSPORT !!!!!)

    to sum up :
    - Do not look at what you currently have (example: you are in conflict with the settings of the editor .... and you want this and that .....)
    - Look at what you really want (do not block you, say exactly what you want, if RL is No, it's his fault .... you're not buyers of this mythical game ????

going much farther away than your current problems

For consoles it would be really handy if we could use the bumper buttons as quick keys on the tiles. Currently to add a (select event target) or (select event/ filter) you have to open every tile, click through to and select (event target) or (select event/ filter). it would be good if these links could be mapped to the bumper buttons. it would make creating tracks a and animation a lot more streamlined. for example : I select a tile then press LB (select event target) then select another tile. Them tiles are now joined.
