Depends what you want from the game. PC version is the best if you have a decent enough PC to run it smoothly. Be warned other than the trickle of cross-platform tracks, PC track Central is a ghost town.

X1 while many times better than the 360 build is the technically weaker version out of the big boys. It however, seems to have a higher proportion of experienced builders than other platforms and thus is the best place for customs.

Should you decide to get the game, the above is useful info you can use to make a more informed choice. Hope it helps.

EDIT: Don't want to influence your decision on whether to buy the game or not, I'll let others do that.

If those are your two choices and you're looking for the competition X1 is your answer. Higher proportion of beasts moved there from what I can tell.

There is a demo on Uplay if you want to check how the game runs on your laptop first.

The competition is clearly more on console though, but there are still a bunch of great riders on the topc of the leaderboards on PC.

That's very good advice En0, I didn't even think of the demo. And yes there are certainly beast riders on PC and I'm not one of them

My opinion is this -
Fusion is not as good as Evo but for the price I would say that it is worth it.
It about the same price as going to the cinema to watch a 3d film with some popcorn lol

Competition is on 360 still mostly but we got a bunch of pros on X1 though.
Aj, danimh, sinfinte, Carmine, aBz MaGiik to name a few and i saw Classy got on X1 recently as well.

I have been working diligently with soft diplomatic efforts to attract top track builder PuRpLE oOzi to come to Xbox One.
(He is a hot new creator talent in case you didnt know)

Im also also happy to inform you that when the DLC dropped this week, i retired at Global rank #1.
Im still playing however so please treat me with the proper respect when you engage me in conversation on this here forum.

Purchasing the game is up to you. I don't personally recommend it, but some find enjoyment in it.

Just don't go into it thinking Evo successor, because you will be disappointed.

No multiplayer.

No Highest Rated 48 hr on Track Central.

No +DLC leaderboard separation.
