Achievement not unlocking
Yesterday night I achieved the requirement for the challenge, where you have to wake up the creature in the hole (my console is set to German so I don't know its name in English). But due to Xbox LIVE issues the achievement didn't unlock.
Today I started the game and the app and nothing happened. I accomplished the requirement again and the achievement still stays locked.
How is it programmed to unlock the achievement? Is the trigger not the actual requirement, but the "challenge done" screen? Because ingame the challenge is finished of course and it and I won't see that screen ever again, meaning I can never unlock the achievement.

I am still waiting for this achievement (Swallowed Whole) to show up. It has been quite awhile now.
