    All my records are gone...

    Hi

    I'm here because Uplay keeps telling me since yesterday that local and cloud saves are not sync.

    But it's impossible to sync with the cloud, so I click on local file. The game finally lunched but like a new game ... The score on the leaderboard is still there so i'm top 50 with only 1min played and no medals.
    Yes because I tried to play on the first track to see what happens. I had the gold medal, quit the game, relaunch the game. Same problem of cloud sync and the game is another time reset.

    So I was sad that my old records are all lost, but now I can't play at all if nothing is saved.

    My names on Uplay is locks04

    Hope you can halp me to find a solution.

    Hello,

    The issue here is you can't sync with cloud.
    That's not a problem directly related to Trials, so we won't be able to help you much.

    However, you can contact the customer support that would have process to troubleshoot this particular issue?

    Still the same problem and no answer from them.
    They answered the last question I asked them 45 days later so I'm not very optimistic...

    If you PM me your support ticket number and tell me if you're in Europe or in North America, I can try.
    Though I am not really optimistic :-( If the save game is lost, I don't know what we can do.
