Oh well the problem is... I must have 2 uplay accounts because on the one I'm on, it's the one that is linked to my xbox account, cause I wanna get the 'step into the light' outfit and what not, so if I logout of that, login to my other one, then i can hopefully restore where i was 
thanks for the help bud, hopefully I will get a response from a dev or from my ticket on the ubi website. And if there needs to be a fix, I hope it's soon

Thanks for all that advice tooner, really helps to know that. Well on my actual account which I guess I'll be able to recover, I have around 180k coins stacked up atm, with like 100 gems. I have like 6 on each of the upgrades on the tango but I'm stuck on one of the ANBA challenges on road to ruin, the problem I've created is I've already set good times on my tracks so the anba challenges are always hard for me. At the moment on the mission side I'm currently at the point where that kid fanboy guy is taking me through loads of missions where I have to do flips and inverted holds against cassidy and that turbo power guy. My slot machine is only level 7 or something because I can't ever use it anymore as it laggs so much, it use to work fine online but now it doesn't, don't know why. Maybe I've unlocked too much content for my iPod to handle or something, but i doubt it because on my new account it is still really bad even from the get go.
