I am not a 100% sure but i think they mentioned in a interview a while ago there will be seperate servers for PC/PS4/XBone, if thats the case i am certain you wont share your progress between the different platforms.

Guess i was right, like this article says "[There will be] one server per platform (PC, Xbox One, PS4)."

So even if there is different servers on each platform isint it still possible to save your progress on uplay account on the cloud storage.. then if you play with same account you should share your progress... if thats not how it is. its really really sad.

I dont think you can blame Ivory Tower for that, i think if Ivory Tower had the opportunity they would have done it. Point the finger towards Sony/Microsoft and the console war between those 2 companies :P .

I was not blaming ivory about it. and you cant blame sony or microsoft about it because if there is same cars and same questions etc on the pc and ps4 version of the crew. it might be possible to share your progress between these platforms.. That you have different servers on each platform doesent mean it isnt possible to save progress on uplay cloud storage etc. and share progress from cloud to each device.

If its possible to save your progress on cloud storage i dont see reason why you cant sync your progress on there no matter what platform you use..

so thats why i'm still asking is it possible to share your progress between multiple platforms ?

    For now, definitely not.

If you were hoping for Ubisoft to enable the ability to keep your progression in other platforms, it's no use. By making it possible it would satisfy some people like yourself but for others like myself, I wouldn't mind starting over if I were to obtain a PS4 copy of The Crew. Unless, let's say your gaming platform is PC and suppose you had a friend who owns a PS4 and you want to play The Crew on his console with the current progression from your PC. Then, I see your point in suggesting it but again knowing each platform will have their own servers, it's no big deal.

    PS4 to pc

It's possible. Save your game via USB on PS4. Download decription software for your pc and select file type. Insert USB and select save file to decript. IF YOU USE STEAM DISABLE STEAM UPLOAD SAVES AND CLOUD USE BEFORE MOVING YOUR SAVE TO YOUR GAME. IF YOU HAVE A CURRENT SAVE IN YOUR GAME FOLDER, DELETE IT FIRST. DISABLE YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION AND START YOUR GAME. It is possible this may not work if you have played the game before you may have to make a new Ubisoft account just for this game if that is the case. You cannot do the reverse of this action though from PC to PS4. Your console has specific encoding it specifically used during encryption that will be destroyed during the process.
