I have just purchased the new DLC via the webstore, not the season pass, just the single DLC.

The game downloaded a 1.1gb update and I'm assuming this was the DLC.

When I try to play the new content I'm told that it is purchsed and I need to download it, when I follow the download option it takes to the PSN store but the download button is missing. All I can do is rate it or give a thumbs up.

The add-ons section of the game on the PSN menus is telling me that it's installed.

Any ideas on how I can get to play the new DLC I've just payed for?

Hello TrashMan, can you try restoring your licenses for your PS4? If that does not work for you, you will likely need to submit a ticket to Ubisoft Support.

My problem is a little different. I have the disc based version of the game along with the season pass that came inside.
I just tried redeeming the code and right after I did, I didn't see anything download.. I tried to download it but it said it was already installed.
So I booted up TF and it said that I had successfully unlocked all the new stuff.. the helmet, the suit, the thing for the pit viper and the new tracks...
But then it just said something like "Loading additional new content... Please wait..." It says this forever and never stops loading each time I try the game.
If I just delete the data and re-download it should it work?
