For NCSA users, please try power cycling your console and then trying to play the DLC again.

Hi, i'm on ps4 and have the deluxe edition (the CD + season pass code) but i can''t download the DLC for free from the game (by the season pass menu). If i click on this, it says i need to pay.
Is there a way to delete the season pass and re-download it without delete the game ?

Or maybe we need to wait a little bit ?

So yes I have the same problems like every other user described it in the thread, still have to buy the DLC when owning the deluxe edition of the game. But when I looked in the store I found this.

The PSN-game version and the deluxe version are two different games, when I click on the PSN-game version is see there are three add ons for the game and one of them is Riders of Rustlands, when I go to the deluxe version there is only one add on for the game and Riders of Rustland is missing.

I would like to say that when fusion came out I bought the disc version and was having problems when playing it, so I bought the psn version to be able to play. (This shows how much I love the game.) I had the codes for the season pass from the discversion and this shouldn't be a problem, It is just weird the store show it as two different games and think that this could be part of the problem.

Well, the PS4 and the XBONE are new turf and the shop and network structures still struggle from what we call "Kinderkrankheiten" (Childs diseases). I am pretty sure that all at ReadLynx try their best to fix all this, but there are problems that you simply are not aware of prelaunch. It even might be Sonys or Ubisofts fault.

Dont get me wrong, I am not saying that being disappointed is not allowed, but in the end even a red Lynx is still a human.

Short story here, I bought a PS4 only for Fusion and when I started it for the first time I was greeted with "Welcome to the future" just to be knocked out by Uplay and network issues. That was too ironic to be mad about it. And in the end it worked after a couple of days.

For users having issues, could you let us know what region/country you are from?

North, Central, and South American users should be able to access the DLC now. During tests conducted by myself and Ubisoft Support, we needed to restart the consoles with a full power cycle, which seemed to re-cache the PS store.

For European players, there was an issue with "Rights" for the DLC that made it look as if Season Pass owners did not own the content. There has been an update made, and the change should be live soon.

@HES92 - That absolutely came to mind.
